Join the HANDSON MOOC in Russian!

A russian edition is coming soon of the MOOC from HANDSON to learn and design ICT-based learning design activities.

On February 9th we will launch a special edition of the Learning Design Studio for ICT-based Learning Activities MOOC for the russian speaking audience.

The study materials and the links for the external resources will remain in English as in the previous editions but participants will benefit from the learning activities, discussions, and the teachers’ support being in Russian.

The MOOC is addressed to educators from all sectors and it offers the opportunity to join a community of learning designers and design your own learning activity based on ICT-tools.

The features of the course are:

  • A focus on the Learning Design Studio (LDS) approach, a design process to help educators design courses and learning activities.

  • Exploring the potential of the Learning Design Studio method to introduce ICT in the teaching and learning processes.

  • The opportunity to observe, practice and learn with other educators about methods for peer review and peer mentoring.

  • The creation of practical artefacts that can be reused by educators in their actual classrooms or learning scenarios

  • The use of specific tools to support the process of learning design: ILDE, Learning Designer and ODS

The HANDSON MOOC is a practical and hands-on oriented course through which educators will create a learning activity ready to be use  later in their educational scenarios. By the end of the MOOC, you will have learned about Learning Design Studio, peer-mentoring and designing ICT-based learning activities.

We invite you to take part in this first edition to be facilitated in Russian.

Come and learn how to apply the Learning Design Studio approach – design a learning activity for your teaching activities ready to be implemented in your lessons – try the benefits of peer-mentoring, both as a mentor and a mentee – be part of the help of international facilitators – be part of a worldwide community interested in ICT in education – try new learning tools such as Canvas, ILDE, Hangouts and more.
